Hello Anglers!

We hope you are excited about the 28th Annual Big Bend Saltwater Classic!

First of all, we want to say thank you to all of our supporters, volunteers, friends and sponsors of the tournament! None of this could not be possible without you!

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! CLICK ON THE LINK AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE TO REGISTER!

We have some updates to the tournament that we want everyone to know about. Each year, the tournament board is faced with some difficult decisions. We do our best to keep out tournament entertaining and rewarding to all of our anglers.

There are a few changes to our tournament structure for 2016 that we would like to make you aware of. Due to declining participation in the Masters' Division in recent years, that division has been elimintated. The recreational divison will now be open to all anglers. Addtionally, in an effort to streamline the weigh-in and be more accomodating to our anglers, we will not be keeping any fish weighed. Anglers will be responsible for taking their catch with them after being weighed. As a result, there will NOT be a fish auction at the conclusion of this year's tournament.

Weigh stations will be held at Shields Marina in St. Marks, FL and at The Moorings in Carrabelle, FL. The tournament headquarters will remain at The Moorings. As in 2015, there will NOT be a weigh station in Port St. Joe, FL, however, Gulf County is still open to anglers during the tournament. Anglers will be responsible for weighing their catch at the weigh station of their choice.

Please visit the link above for all rules of the tournament. Also visit www.myfwc.com for complete State of Florida regulations.

Thanks and good luck!!
